Linda was very professional and responsive to my concerns of leaving my cat for a month. She is very reassuring and thorough. I visited my cat every second day and her litter box was never overflowing, her food and water were always topped up and she showed no signs of stress from being there. The kennels are clean, and the indoor/outdoor option was very nice to have as I have an indoor/outdoor cat. There was never any bad odors from the cats and I was always very pleased with the presentation of everything in and out of the kennel. Linda is very personable and accommodating and let me know about the "late check-out" policy right away if I needed to pick my cat up late. I will always recommend this family owned and operated kennel to any of my family, friend and public. If needed, I will not hesitate to bring my cat back here! Thank you so much Linda!!

The facilities are bare minimum- don’t expect it to be a dog vacation lodge or resort. Your dog will stay in a cage and will be let out twice a day to walk.Furthermore, they have a really shady pricing policy where they charge for extra for whole overnight rate if you check out late. Let me clarify, they offer day boarding but they’ll charge for the whole extra night, if you pick up your dog a couple of hours after check out. There is no rationale for this policy except for greed. Will not come back and will also advise others against the place.

We started taking our cats here about 6 months ago and now won't take them any place else. They are well cared for and the rates are very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

Safe, secure, and friendly. The turn off the highway is a bit sketchy but well worth it :)

This is an awesome family run kennel! They’re open 7:30am until 8:00pm, which is great for pick-up/drop-off before or after work. They’re a small kennel close to the Kelowna airport. The owners truly care about the animals!

The woman charged me for an extra night because I got there at 3pm to pick up my dog. She said "Its like a hotel you have to check out by noon." I tried to explain I just did a 5 hour drive from Burnaby and there was no way I could have gotten there by noon. She didn't care. I was about to just leave him there and come back in the morning on principle but my children were excited to see him. Anyways, she lost a customer because I will not be back. And for her information, hotels don't charge you an extra night for late check out just a small fee. I would have been happy paying $10 but not the whole $30. Just wrong and I'll tell everyone I know not to go there. Also, she had no other dogs there so its not like she was full and had to turn someone away.

We have bordered our 2 small dogs here several times. This is a family owned operation and they are very personal and professional. They took good care of our dogs each and every time.
